Our mission is to create functional and effective leaders, one leader at a time. I wish that when I commenced my own leadership journey I knew everything I know now. Naturally, that’s impossible. You can’t put an old head on young shoulders although, you can see further by standing on the shoulders of giants. We can all learn from those who have gone before us or those who’ve had longer or greater experience. After all, aren’t we all part of the global leadership community? Aren’t we all striving to be the best version of ourselves? Don’t we keep reading that leaders should be growing other leaders?
Moving from unconscious incompetence (not knowing what we don’t know) to conscious incompetence (starting to understand what we don’t know and wanting to learn more) is the first step of greatness for anybody. After this 2 day Leadership Intensive you will be able to embrace your own journey of mastery (Conscious Competence) and ultimately aim for operating on auto pilot (Unconscious Competence) – an effective competent conscious leader.
