Fear is not the problem

Has fear ever stopped you from being who you want to be? Maybe it’s prevented you from applying for a particular role, doing a particular course, or going for a particular promotion. We can better manage our fears so that they no longer debilitate us. We can develop a resiliency muscle to face our fears. Courage is simply talking action in the presence of fear.

If everyone feels fear when approaching something totally new in life, yet so many are out there doing it despite the fear, then we must conclude that fear is not the problem. Avoiding taking action is the problem.

We work with leaders who are working through their fears around things in their life, things important to their life.
